New Oracle EBS System Administrator role
Oracle EBS System Administrator to support an EBS R12 financials application to be a member of the Technical Operations team in the FEAD domain. They will be helping to transfer support of a R12 EBS application from one support team to another and assist in training member of the new team on support.
Daily tasks will include:
• Work on the transition of the application from one support team to ours while taking into account security and stability of the application
• Overall application support of the env including:
o Development Support (troubleshooting, patching, tuning, etc.)
o Production Support (troubleshooting, migrations, etc.)
• Assist in creating the best practices for supporting the environment
• Create support documents for the application based on the best practices
• Help in training additional team members on support of the application
Requirements
• 3+ years working in a Linux environment with strong ability in shell scripting for monitoring and support scripts
• 3+ years of system admin experience with an EBS application (preferred experience with version R12)
