Position: Techno-Functional Oracle HRMS Project Manager
Location: Kansas City, MO
Duration: 8-12 months

Roles & Responsibilities

•Ability to understand the project requirement and develop design document, Testcase (BR100,MD50)

•Experience in complex Oracle apps HRMS implementation.

•Strong knowledge in writing Oracle stored procedures, Fast Formulas, Packages and Functions.

•Detailed understanding of coding design and documentation methodology as well as unit testing, change management and release procedures

•Strong Analysis and Design skills required.

•Demonstrated experience using debugging tools, processes, and techniques

Technical/Functional Skills:

 

Oracle HRMS, CWB, Benefits ,Advance Benefit, Payroll Techno Functional

Generic Managerial Skills:

•Strong ability to influence and provide process and technical/functional direction and provide Business solution

•Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

•IT and the business functional areas

•Must be able to co-ordinate with offshore team
