Should have functional knowledge of Oracle Services Contracts, Oracle Install base and  Oracle Fusion Middleware

 

 

Below is the JD for the Business Analyst – Service Contracts & Installed Base:

 

-          Must have 7 – 8 years of experience with good communication skills and business acumen

-          Must have worked in end-to-end implementation of projects of Oracle EBS R12 covering Requirement Analysis, Solution Design, Development, Testing, Deployment

-          Must have functional/Techno-functional knowledge in Oracle EBS CRM modules and very strong experience in Service Contracts, Installed Base

-          Should have worked for global clients in a global environment

-          Should be able to provide solutions in Oracle EBS R12 for customer business requirements

-          Must have the knowledge of the deliverables and should have created various documents such Setup, functional design, test scripts, etc
