| Duties & Responsibilites : | • Immediate need for a Security Engineer for PCI Remediation/Security Baseline Support. • This person will implement and configure web application firewalls using F5 ASM, create and analyze firewall rules and traffic with Cisco ASAs, Splunk, and other tools, and perform other duties as needed. Must have: • Solid working knowledge of F5 ASM and LTM, including ability to design, implement, stage, and test applications and policies. • Expertise in securing web services. • Experience with developing, implementing, and auditing ASA firewall configurations. • Demonstrated experience analyzing and optimizing ASA firewall rule sets. • Thorough understanding of fundamental networking concepts. • Able to work independently with little direction. • Excellent communication and English-language skills. Nice to have: • Experience with Symantec Endpoint Protection, AirMagnet, Palo Alto Networks, Juniper SSLVPN, or Websense. • Ability to build extensive Splunk queries and macros. • Relevant industry certification such as F5 Certified Technology Specialist – ASM, CCNP Security, Cisco ASA Specialist, Cisco Firewall Security Specialist, or GIAC GWEB.
