Job Description:
Data Integration and Business Intelligence Functional Areas with a focus on:

• Data preparation (sourcing, acquisition, integration)
• Data warehousing
• Reporting, analytics, data exploration
• Information delivery (portals, mobile)
• Development of Toolkits to ensure quality of deliverables are consistent

Technical skills:
• Extensive expertise in one or more of Informatica Suite 9.X (PowerCenter, Data Quality, Data Services), SAP BI Suite (Business Objects R4) or Microsoft BI Suite (PowerPivot, Visio BI) required (Informatica Suite 9.x experience preferred). Experience with Ab Initio, Cognos, SAS and emerging technologies around Big Data (Hadoop, Scoop, No SQL, etc) and Data Visualization tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy, etc) a plus.
• Extensive expertise in data modeling, both logical and physical.
• Extensive experience in multidimensional data modeling, such as star schemas, snowflakes, demoralized models, handling "slow-changing" dimensions/attributes.
• Experience in and understanding of a wide variety of analytical processes (governance, measurement, etc.).
• Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies (waterfall, agile).
• A solid understanding of key Data Integration and Business Intelligence trends to be a thought leader for team on emerging tools.

General business skills:
• Extensive experience interacting with all levels of the organization to understand solution approach (from C-level executives to managers to development team / analysts)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Experience in managing large complex Data Integration and BI projects and teams.
• Proven ability to complete projects and achieve results in an ambiguous work environment.
• Proven strong leadership skills within the project team and in the business community.
