Required / Desired
All roles and responsibilities outlined in BA2 plus the following
4 year college degree or equivalent
Experience in formal requirements gathering methodologies
Experience developing functional and non functional requirements
Experience creating workflows using formal notation such as the Business Process Modeling notation
Experience developing user (stakeholder) requirements
Experience conducting interviews, workshops for requirement analysis with users, statekholders
Experience in AS IS - TO BE analysis of systems etc
Experience developing graphic representations of complex business processes
Experience in template design, developing, and preparing Request for Proposals, Request for Quotes etc
Excellent writing skills are a must have
Excellent communication both oral and written
Excellent diplomacy, interpersonal skills
