      Proven ability to lead technical teams

     Ability to work effectively with multiple end users and departments across the globe and communicate in business terms to arrive at technical solution.

• Global exposure in large environments. 
• Must be open for 24x7 operations 
• Very good Troubleshooting & Analytical skills. 
• Very Good Knowledge on Windows 
• Should be capable to design tools deployment architecture after analyzing AS-IS and future growth Prospects 
• Working knowledge on Voice networks of Cisco, CUCM 6.x and all latest versions, Cisco Unity Connection, CME, Gateways, Gatekeepers, Route Pattern, etc 
• Should have understanding on Cisco Voice infra for Voice and Video both 
• Cisco Contact Center UCCE/IPCC would be added advantage in order to finalize correct Solution (CVP, ICM, IVRs etc) 
• 3rd Party PBX knowledge ( e.g. Avaya, Alcatel etc) 
• Should have done independently implementation for VoIP or Voice management/monitoring solutions. 
• In depth Knowledge of SNMP V2/V3, MIBs, UDP, TCP/IP Protocols (1.) Independently resolve tickets within SLA
