Title: Pega Business Analyst

Location: New York NY

Client Update for Interviews : The process is as follows:

Resume with summary from consultant relating their experience as it relates to specific job requirements

We submit package to client

If client likes the package, they set up phone interview

If phone interview goes well, either face to face or Skype, whichever is most convenient

Candidates must have experience with VPLEX, IBM XIV, and setting up replication sites using MetroPoint and a combination of VPLEX and RecoverPoint. Candidates will also be experienced at architecting solutions involving VPLEX clusters.

Qualified candidates must have and will be expected to:

·         Be able to scope the full project

·         Architect the solution

·         Do all pre-work for migrations including:

o    Compatibility checking (firmware from host all the way to storage)

o    Work with customer around migration grouping (array based/application clusters/etc.)

o    Scripting zoning/LUN masking for migrations

o    Working with customer so they are prepared for host side changes required

·         Be an SME to minimize escalations and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
