SCOPE OF SERVICES
Provide Subject Matter Expertise in the development of the application requirements along with the design, build and deployment of the application in all environments.
Develop the approach for the future business requirements, plan, design, build and deploy future enhancements and extensions to the existing system.
Design and develop the Documentum platform as an enterprise wide content management system that can be extended to various city agencies on a shared services model.
Report product issues and work with EMC (Documentum vendor) to resolve the issues and test all fixes and system patch releases provided by the vendor.
This position requires extensive knowledge of the Documentum framework.
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
At least 8 years experience as an EMC Documentum Senior Engineer.
Experience in professional consulting services in support of the client for the Automated Procurement Tracking (APT) Program
Experience in the review and recommend the approach for the future APT business requirements and projects requiring EMC Documentum products
Experience with the design, build and enhancement of the APT environment
Experience in developing the APT EMC Documentum platform as an enterprise wide content management system that can be extended to various city agencies on a shared services model.
