Job Description:
responsible to provide L3 technical support from Development team. Liaise with BU/Ops/ASG/Offshore and oversee all RTB tasks, right from planning, tracking, testing, Change Advisory Board reviews, and deployments.
· 5 to 7 yrs experience
· Excellent in standard .NET technologies – ASP.NET/WCF/XML/XSLT/Performance
· Excellent analytical skills
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Awareness of software quality processes and full SDLC procedures
· Knowledge of Microsoft Project Plan preferred
· Prod support experience preferred but not necessary
· Very proactive and should have a sense of ownership and accountability for the tasks
