Job Description:

Data Integration Analyst/Developer needed to plan and assist in the design of a robust Excel application, custom reporting, and dashboards used for the optimization and integration of various forms of data. Work to develop an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and best practices. Assess the sustainability and functioning of overall design and end-to-end processes and to look for ways to upgrade and optimize for the future. 

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS 
• Serve as lead/technical expert concerned with development to coordinate changes and support enterprise initiatives to define and maintain the architectural frameworks related to systems, business or data architecture. 
• Identify core common data shared across the enterprise and participate in enterprise wide efforts to reach common understanding of that data. 
• Identify possible data sources to integrate using current and past legacy systems 
• Convert all data to interface/link with Microsoft Access and/or Excel 
• Integrate all data into one or multiple tables in a customized analytical format using Excel 
• Link data to Excel Pivot Tables for multiple users for the creation of ad hoc and canned reports 
• Create advanced charts in Excel 
• Develop VBA code to automate data collection and integration processes 
• May serve as lead technical expert concerned with development to coordinate changes and support enterprise initiatives 
• Conduct studies of new technologies to provide more efficient and cost effective architecture solutions 
• Assess and develop high level design requirements for project and communicate in writing or in meetings. Assess detailed specifications against design requirements. Align approach with broader architecture vision. 

EDUCATION 
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required 

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 
• 6+ years of related experience 

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS 
• 6+ years of hands-on Excel development experience 
• 6+ years of hands-on VBA development experience (Macro Automation, User Defined functions, and written code) 
• 6+ years of ETL (Data Warehousing) concepts including Sourcing/Staging, ODS, DW, Marts, reporting, schema design ( logical and physical), implementation 
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in design of data applications 
• In-Depth knowledge of Dimensional Data Modeling and design concepts 
• Experience in benchmarking, monitoring, tuning and optimization for data warehousing/ETL applications 
• Advanced out-of-the-box SharePoint 2007 or 2010 configuration experience (2013 preferred but not required) 
• Experience with linking data between Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, and Outlook a must 
• Experience working as a technical lead including mentoring junior team members 
• Ability to build consensus, present technical concepts to non-technical audience, and influence various stakeholders 
• Must be proactive, high energy, and prepared to take ownership in a fast turnaround environment 
• Strong teamwork, communication (both verbal and written), and time management skills a must 
• Architectural experience desired 
• Mortgage Industry knowledge preferred
