Job: Business Analyst – SAP QM
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duration: 3 months
Interview: Phone, Skype
Special: Online Skill Test Required

Required
· 5-7 + years of SAP Design and Implementation experience in Quality Management (QM):
· Proven record of interacting with multiple business units and functional teams
· Communicate technical and business information to technical and non-technical people
· Proven conflict resolution skills
· Experienced working with ambiguity
· Strong problem solving/decision-making skill
· Experience leading and influencing others, including senior level personnel
· Identify and develop strategies to address change management issues
· May require work during non-standard business hours.

Preferred
· Past project management experience
· Experience with:
· Specifications
· Inspection Plans
· Inspection Lots
· Inspection Results
· QM Master Data
· Outbound Inspection Processing
· Previous Lab Experience in a Food Manufacturing Environment
· Quality Notifications
· Work experiences across multiple lines of businesses
· Ability to identify information required to make critical business decisions
· Familiarity with technical requirements and system configuration
