Job Title: ETL Informatica Developer with Java/J2EE Experience
Location: Little Rock, AR

Overview:
The Informatica Developer provides ETL (Extract, transform, load) expertise as well as design and development support for data integration processes. This role is responsible for streamlining the processes to acquire data, analyzing data, creating ETL mappings and developing SQL statements, routines and procedures to integrate data from multiple sources.
Responsibilities:
- Eight (8) or more years of proven experience in ETL development using the Informatica tool
- Four (4) or more years of relational database experience
- Proven ability to implement data exchange processes with various data types (i.e. XML, HTML)
- Experience in multiple life cycle implementations of Business Intelligence (BI) projects from system landscape, data modeling, design and development, ETL, validation, reporting and security.
- Ability to design, develop and deploy the ETL processes and performance tune ETL programs/scripts
- Strong technical background in using Informatica for multi-dimensional modeling & analysis, designing dashboards and developing complex reports
- Experience with Java/J2EE (including EJB, JSP, JDBC), Websphere
- Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders; must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships
- Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment
- Strong working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio and Access
