Job Description:
Focusing on:
• Test driven development
• Highly collaborative development environments (joint-planning, code review, client discovery, etc.)
• Developer participation across entire SDLC
• Delivery via agile practices (both community standard and QSI's internal SureSolve methodology)
• Industry standard and emerging best technical practices
The line of business group at QSI is a close-knit team of the best software engineers in Columbus.

Qualifications:
· Must love and be passionate about programming
· Deep understanding of object oriented programming (reciting the 4 principles is not enough)
· Experience developing in a test-first environment
· Comfort working in a team of like-minded consultants
· Must be comfortable working directly with QSI's clients
· Must possess at least 5 years of programming experience (2 years in C#)
· Must possess at least 3 years of experience working with modern RDBMS (MSSQL, Oracle, etc.)
· Experience or knowledge of ASP .NET MVC 2+
· Need to know current .NET technologies (.NET 4+,WCF, etc.)
· Familiarity with O/RM tools (nHibernate and Entity Framework)
· Experience working with open source tools in the Microsoft space (be able to name your favorite package from NuGet)
· Familiarity with Azure (SDK 2.0+) is helpful
· Familiarity with SSRS/Microsoft Information Delivery tools (BIDS, vs. Data Tools)
· Agile experience (any flavor is fine)
