Relevant Experience & Experience : 4 to 5+ years
Required Skill set:
· Good Team Management & Project Management Skills.
· Preparation of weekly & monthly status reports & Status review meeting with Manger's/Directors.
· Ensure that the SLA's defined are adhered to by the team and Technical Escalations.
· Mentoring the Team and appraising their performance.
· Should have good knowledge on managing Enterprise Security infrastructure
· Audit existing systems, Windows, security monitoring, firewall, intrusion detection and remote access logs, scrutinizing network traffic, monitoring the company's virus protection procedures, ensuring adherence to IT security policies, coordinating responses to detected intrusions.
· Drive solution of customer complaints by solving it directly or assigning tasks to other function
· Must have good communication skills and knowledge on ITIL processes.
· Must have the ability to communicate technical issues to various audiences and develop trust and good working relationships with all IT support personnel.

· Prior experience in Planning, Designing & Implementing of Complex Enterprise environments
· Expert in network security, DNS and DHCP design and troubleshooting, firewalls, IPsec and SSL-based VPNs, Internet environments, wireless networking and remote access
· Audit existing systems, Windows, security monitoring, firewall, intrusion detection and remote access logs, scrutinizing network traffic, monitoring the company's virus protection procedures, ensuring adherence to IT security policies, coordinating responses to detected intrusions.
· LAN/WAN and Network Security support with firewall policy, hardware and software, and security policy and procedures.
· ID network security requirements and then design network security implementations, keeping on top of current trends in security technology
· Provide expertise in security design reviews and make recommendations based on these reviews
· Prepares resource estimates, evaluations, and recommendations
· Drives continuous improvements to the infrastructure architecture framework to enable security technology solutions.
· Collaborates with Business Partners and works cross-functionally with departmental team members.
· Communicate current network security status and future plans to management
· In-depth knowledge of secure and non-secure network communications, ports, and protocols
