- Hands on experience in design and development using Tibco BW, EMS, TIBCO BE, Active Spaces, Adapters and Tibco Admin with more than 10 years
- Competent in working on different SOA patterns
- Must be proficient with integration architecture
- Must possess skills in deriving and validating architectural guidelines and requirements
- Should have experience in handling non-functional requirements in Tibco Integration
- Able to build and deploy applications in various environments
- Excellent problem solving and debugging skills
- Good at communication and documentation- Able to create Design and test artifacts
- Must have experience in leading a development team.
- Must be capable of understanding business requirements and translate to technical requirements
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
