Position: Test Automation Engineer/Developer

Position Description:
Our client in the Greater Philadelphia area is looking for an experienced Test Automation Developer/Engineer to do an automation assessment and build a test automation framework from scratch. Our client wants to use Open source tools. Due to their smaller technical environment, they are willing to work with someone who has not previously set up an environment, but has extensive Automation Development knowledge for how to do so.
Required Skills:
• 5+ years of Test Automation Development experience
• Experience with Selenium is a must
• Prior development experience/exposure to JavaScript and .Net
• Experience or extensive knowledge on how to build a test automation framework from scratch.
• Must have understanding/experience with how to use automation in conjunction with device simulators as well as web applications.
• Experience with SpecFlow or another tool that can be used to integrate a medical device simulator into automation.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Communication skills as related to excellent team coordination and department liaison skills
Bonus Skills:
• SpecFlow experience/exposure is a huge plus
• Any previous experience working at a start-up or other small technical environment a huge plus
• Agile mentality
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in related field
