Contractor Must work on-site. Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications, operating systems. Also, coordinates work teams. Provides technical support to project team members. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 8 years or more experience in the field or in a related area. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor or specialist. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Specific Tasks include:
§ Providing technical consultation and guidance for the configuration, design, and implementation of complex enterprise solutions with regard to the Seibel CRM and BI products.
§ Helping to determine the strategic and operational direction for future systems modernization pursued by OHA and DHS.
§ Assessing Oregon's current Oracle solutions/services platform, defining long-term support requirements, and creating a technology roadmap.
§ Providing support to existing staff.
Developing both a near/mid-term effort to improve system stability and a long-term strategy to optimize the Oracle MDM system configuration as part of a larger enterprise suite.
Work Description:
The Department of Human Services (DHS) and the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) are in need of an Oracle Seibel/BI Developer/Subject Matter Expert (SME).
The qualified resource will provide technical consultation and guidance for the configuration, design, and development of complex enterprise solutions with regard to the Seibel CRM and BI products. Primary technologies integrated with Seibel and BI are built on the Oracle Exadata/Exalogic computing platform include MDM, OPA, SOA/Fusion, UCM, IPM, IDM, OBIEE and OEM products).
This role will play a vital part in the strategic and operational direction for future systems modernization pursued by OHA and DHS. The person in this position will participate in assessing Oregon's current Oracle solutions/services platform, defining long-term support requirements, and creating a technology roadmap. Tasks will include providing to support existing staff, developing both a near/mid-term effort to improve system stability and a long-term strategy to optimize the Oracle Siebel CRM and BI system configuration as part of a larger enterprise suite.
Skills/Experience
The desired resource will have 3-5 years of experience supporting operations, maintenance, and development of Oracle Seibel CRM and BI solutions. Qualified candidates will have experience in development, configuration and implementation, oversight and problem resolution/support as well as system optimization (to include monitoring/maintenance of the Oracle Siebel CRM and BI products).
