TITLE: System Analyst (Level V)
DURATION: No less than six months
LOCATION: Calabasas, CA 91302
INTERVIEW MODE: 1st round phone & 2nd round in-person
JOB DESCRIPTION:
5-7 years experience in systems/business analysis with expertise in
different technologies, business areas, application wide analysis, and
proposal of solutions.
Assemble, analyze, and represent business requirements. Perform
feasibility analysis, scope projects, prioritize deliverables,
recommend alternative solutions and project strategies, and engage in
negotiations.
Responsible for high level implementation plans, data and process
models, cost estimating, cost benefits analysis, and return on
investments.
These resources are also able to facilitate workshops such as JAD,
RAD, and DRP sessions, etc. Senior Business Analysts should also be
able to perform as team leaders when necessary.
Skill & Experience Required
1. Have the ability & experience to compare field logic between source
and target systems to write up specifications for development team to
enhance target fields with new source logic.
2. Must be able to write T-SQL queries directly without using a
GUI/Wizard tool (e.g. must use MS SQL Server Management Studio
directly). T-SQL will be heavily used to compare data and research
data issues.
3. Has experience working with users to understand & resolve data
issues in a data warehouse environment.
Great communication skills
4. 3-5 Years of T-SQL experience writing queries that include multiple
table joins, case statements, and aggregation functions.
5. Mortgage industry experience strong plus
