Job Requirements:
The following skills/experience required include:
- Responsible for logical and physical data modeling and implementing ETL processes
- ETL developers are responsible for the delivery of quality ETL solutions
- ETL job design and development
- Physical database design and tuning as related to the ETL tool environment and implementation
- Bulk loading of source data, source data conditioning and validation
- Profiling of source data to determine appropriate ETL design and transformation rules
- Configuration management of ETL software to database structure
- Evaluation and utilization of software products to assist in the management of data.
- Diagnosis of problems and resolution for application software.
- Interface with SQL and/or application developers for performance and data access requirements as related to ETL implementation
- Development of standards and procedures for the ETL environment.
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical industries experience is plus
