Job Title: Kronos QA Lead

Duration:  6+ months

Location: Marysville, OH, US

 

Qualifications:

- Should have knowledge of conducting Kronos / ADP Functional Testing.
- Functional Testing experience included for the modules
- Workforce Timekeeper
- Workforce Accruals
- Workforce Scheduler
- Workforce Attendance
- Workforce Integration Manger
- Should have knowledge & Experience on Manual Testing
- Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.
- Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
- Functional Testing experience
 
Responsibilities include:
 
1. Prepare overall test strategy and plan
 
2. Coordinate system integration testing between 3 track - Kronos, ADP and Mainframes
 
3. Oversee system integration testing (end to end) to ensure all interfaces and touch points are covered
 
4. Lead UAT planning and coordination
 
5. Supports users to prepare test data, test scripts and test results.
 
 
Basically be responsible to drive the entire testing effort after unit testing. Qualifications / Requirements:
- Experience in leading similar large engagements.
- Ability to manage multiple technology vendor / tracks during testing phase.
- Knowledge of timekeeping and payroll functions (time keeping, accruals, attendance, payroll functions).
- Excellent communication skills.
