Job Description:
Prioritizes, scopes, estimates, and manages the team(s) responsible for the development and implementation of projects.
Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members. 
Includes people management responsibilities as well as team budget responsibilities. 
Ensures team and associated applications adhere to architecture standards, risk management and security guidelines
 
Required Skills:
expert in Tableau (8-10 yrs) and able to have a solution to all report requests
Expert in multiple technology languages and design techniques as well as experience working across large environments with multiple operating systems / infrastructure
Proficient in multiple business disciplines, functions and knowledgeable about the business' strategic direction
Experience in designing and deploying data visualizations using Tableau
Excellent Interpersonal, organizational and relationship building skills, strong team player
 
Nice to have skills
Working experience in banking domain
Working experience in Datawarehousing environment
