Required Skills:
LAN/WAN and Voice network to new Cisco equipment. (Network is migrating from Cisco to Cisco and Voice is migrating from Avaya to Cisco) The migration is being done by Accenture and they need an engineer on each side - network and voice, to review documentation, perform site surveys, outline current network model, perform impact analysis based on what Accenture may have missed on their initial survey. Identify gaps in migration plan and areas of potential interruption of services to business units, users, etc. This position would require re-designing parts of the voice network, data network, plan the migration and cut over for each site, but it will not be a hands on turn the wrench engineering position. Once phones are deployed, deploy work flows, work with user community with training, etc.
