Required background:
Experience working as a Senior Business Analyst 
Experience assessing current business processes and developing recommendations 
Experience performing gap analysis
Experience creating as-is and to-be processes
Experience documenting business requirements 
Experience documenting functional requirements 
Experience facilitating meetings with project stakeholders
Experience creating project plans, checkpoints, and milestones
Experience with issue tracking and resolution
Experience with conflict resolution
Thorough understanding of project management standards 
Experience working as a BA in a healthcare setting reviewing clinical processes
Experience with organizational change
