MUST BE US CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD
MUST BE ABLE TO FACE TO FACE IN DELAWARE FIRST ROUND
***Credit Card or Bank exp is a must***
NOT LOOKING FOR A BA, MUST BE A TECHNICAL BSA
Duties:
Liaison between the lines of business and the Development team.
Analyzes Business Requirements to understand the business needs and to determine how their applications can best functionally fulfill those needs.
Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members.
The successful Business Systems Analyst will also meet the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise):
Business analysis experience
Mainframe and/or UNIX/Linux exp needed
Experience in all phases of SDLC and working within development teams including project planning, estimating, and application architecture, programming and testing
Experience with Microsoft development tools and technologies including MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, VB, Access, SQL, Project Server and Reporting Services
Demonstrated statistical analysis experience to support process improvement recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication
Customer service attitude and focus
Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to run small project efforts if needed
